FAQ
Why my jump starter LED’s do not light up?
Under some circumstance your vehicle may pull too much current from our jump starter that cause it to get into low voltage protection mode. To release the lock mode simply plug your wall/car charger into our jump starter charging input port. The lock mode will be released.
How long should I recharge the jump starter?
Our jump starter can hold its power for up to 6 months. But we highly recommend that you charge our jump starter every 3-4 month to keep it at the peak performance. A zero battery power may impact the jump performance.
How soon should I disconnect the jump starter from the car?
We are expecting you to disconnect the jump starter cable from your car battery within30 seconds after your vehicle started. It could damage our cable if not follow the instruction.
How long to charge the device to a full power?
A full charge may take about 3 hours to finish which depends on how much power is still left in the unit. Over time charge will not damage the unit.
